Fund Security

How does Payful ensure the security of merchant funds and payments?

The Payful Group holds regulatory licenses in Hong Kong, the United States, and other regions. We collaborate with numerous global banks to provide clients with comprehensive financial services—including cross-border remittances, foreign exchange, payment acquisition, and card issuance—through multi-currency accounts, supporting businesses in their global operations.

To ensure the security of client funds, Payful implements stringent fund management and technical measures. All client funds are held in segregated designated bank accounts. Payful only transfers or exchanges funds based on explicit client instructions, unless required by law. To guarantee the transparency and accuracy of fund flows, Payful conducts regular account reconciliations. Each transaction undergoes multiple verifications between our internal systems and partner banks to ensure accuracy.

Furthermore, Payful employs advanced risk management strategies and maintains close partnerships with several internationally renowned banks, effectively diversifying fund-related risks and ensuring the safety of funds.
